Vann has had Diabetes for 6 years, but it doesn’t slow him down! Vann wears the Medtronic MiniMed 670G Insulin Pump. Wearing the pump allows Vann to enjoy his favorite hobbies, all while keeping his blood sugar in target range. Vann also wears the CGM. The Guardian sensors communicate with the MiniMed Insulin Pump to help prevent lows on its own! Vann likes that he is alerted if his blood sugar is low or almost low.

Vann enjoys theatre, singing, jumping on the trampoline, and playing the piano. He likes to create obstacle courses and enjoys going to Panama City Beach, FL every year with his family.
